Tried to switch the form views to unlimited per the instructions and it is not changing to unlimited.
Please let me know what needs to be done.

For the meantime, I have restarted your form views and removed your scheduled downgrade. I also see that you have the JotForm footer enabled. Please observe if the counter would still incur form view counts.

Form views are still adding up on the counter. There is no visible footer on our forms either as indicated on the instructions.
We will need to stay at unlimited views because of the way JotForms is made with the amount of contact forms on our website.
Please verify that we are at Unlimited status for Form Views.

Jotform Footer and Jotform Branding are different from each other. The footer is not available for new accounts and that's the option that would remove the limit. We already have a ticket about the footer but unfortunately, we still don't have an update about it.
The footer is like this:
You have 10, 000 monthly form views. You'll get an email from us when 90% of the limit is used. If that happens, let us know so we can check and see if we can do something about it.
Well it has already happened 1 time. We are still doing a lot of work on the site and have a quick contact form on every page (150+ pages) So I am sure we will surpass it once again.

It's indeed possible that it might happen again since you have initially reached your form views limits in the middle of the month. So for the meantime, please do inform us once you are nearing your limits so we can restart it while this issue on the JotForm footer is not yet being addressed.

I have reset your form views counter to zero. It should be fine by now.
Please take note that enabling JotForm Branding will not lift the form views limit, at least base on how it is working currently.
You may consider upgrading to a higher plan for a higher form views limit if you'll reach your form views limit again.
Thanks for the recommendation to, of course, upgrade and pay more money to use Jotform.
I want to have unlimited views and according to the string of communication above, it is something that is being worked on. And to let you know when we are close again. If that is not possible, I need to know right away.
Also, I have no idea why the form views are so high, we don't even have 10,000 visitors in a month to our website. So I am not sure how the form views are even accurate.

Are you still in the development process? If not, then we're sorry to say that we cannot reset the limit again. In general, we can only do this once. We can only do it again if we can verify that the submissions are just a test and form views are coming from the same IP Address.
As for the Jotform Footer on new accounts, we cannot guarantee you that the option will be implemented in the near future so it's either you'll upgrade to increase the limit or put the form on a single page and redirect users there as opposed to embedding it on multiple pages.
You can check your form analytics to get the number of views.
The analytics is still in the beta phase but currently working for the majority. IF you see any inconsistencies, let us know so we can check and inform our developers about it.
