missing fields in email

    We have a form that is occasionally coming back with fields empty, even though it's a required field. We had a staff member test it with his name in the form and it still came without the name.

    The names do appear to come into the jotform dashboard.


    It's strange because it's only some people who's names aren't coming through and it's not all the time. There's several emails set up going to different departments and they all seem to be affected.

    I found the email alerts sent which had the name and email fields blank. However, as I have made tests, I was not able to replicate the problem. Have you made changes on this specific email alert?
