we have paid by paypal today and now we have not service at all. IT'S very URGENT to be able to use it again. Please tell me something NOW!!!!

We apologise for what this issue has caused you. I have checked your account and still on FREE account. It has an OVERLIMIT having submitted 147 forms from the allowed 100 forms. So the forms are disabled.
Since you paid using your Paypal account, please contact Paypal Support in order to check if the transaction was successful. Paypal Support Center - https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/helpscr?cmd=_help&t=escalateTab
provide them the Invoice # found in the email notification you received from Paypal.
