How does work the submissions limit for free accounts?

Is this the count of how many submissions come from the public accessing and submitting forms to us? 

Yes, the counter will increase each time that someone submits the form (sending information to you through the forms), you can check in our submissions page for new submissions or you can also get notified via email. 

You can also check your current account limits by going to My Account -> Usage, please also do note that the limit is per month it means that the limit will reset the first day of each month (EST Time).
