    My integrations with drive and google sheets are not working.

    It worked for a start, then as i remade the forms (2 of them) I realized i had to change a few things and deleted the folders from google drive. When I then deleted the integrations and added them again they do not show up in my folder. Help would be very appreciated!

    I have created the clone of your form: http://jotform.com/62593452294967, and integrated Google Drive and Google Spreadsheet.

     

    I am getting, my form submissions on Google Spreadsheets, and Google Drive. 

    I would suggest you to remove both the integration, and then reintegrate. Also clear your Browser's Cache, and check it again.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the answer. I cleared cache and cookies and the reintegrated the integrations. The google spreadsheets appear for both my forms appear, but the google drive does not and I can't open from the integration link either. It states, see below, (when I press the link from the integration), which essentially is "We can't find the folder, this folder does not exist or you no longer have permission to access it"

    Is this a regular problem? Help would once more be appreciated.

    Do you mean that you are trying to access the spreadsheet and drive via the provided link after integrated with them and that's when you then receive an access error as you've displayed in your screenshot above? Is that correct or am I misunderstanding you?

    I've done some further testing of this on my end using a testing account I have for our european server which is where you should be accessing it from but I am unable to replicate any issues.

    In my test when I connected to drive and spreadsheets both worked and both received the submission test for it including also being able to open them without an error message but, please allow us some additional time to try to investigate this problem furthermore.

    Exactly, or rather I can access the spreadsheet integration perfectly and can see the folder connected to that one via my drive. However the drive integration which uploads attached files etc to different folder does not work (the folder does not exist in my drive and I can't access it via the link as you mentioned above).

    Might it be that it malfunctioned when I removed the Jotform folder that automatically was created with the Google Drive integration when I wanted change a few things?

    When you remove the Drive integration, and attempt to integrate again, the previous entries will not be loaded in the new folder. Only new submission will be forwarded there. So, if the new integrated folder does not appear yet, that's because you have not receive a submission after the re-integration.

    I understand the fact that previous entries wont be loaded. However, after receiving a new submission (that I can see through jotform and also search for in drive) a collective folder still is not created. The functionality to find the documents attached therefore kind of works, but still not in the way that they are gathered in a collective folder.

    Submissions will appear in the same Spreadsheet until you delete the integration.

    Regarding the Google Drive integration, all submissions appear in folders like below:

    If you don't see the folders, please try to re-integrate Google Drive integration and see how that works.
