Unlock my ip address

    Dear, 

    My ip address was blocked for your website www.jotform.com.

    I made by error two fields named login and password. Please delete as soon as possible these fileds or the hole form but just unlock my ip, I need as soon as possible my account aguero141. My ip is 213.150.178.154

    Hello,

    I see that you have a login form which caused your suspension. May I remind you that it is forbidden to create login forms since JotForm does not have the capacity to process authentications. As such, all forms portraying to be login forms shall be considered for the purpose of phishing.

    I have now unblocked the IP, reactivated your account, and removed the form which caused your suspension.
