New non-profit account

How do I activate a non-profit account and get the discount?  We are a 501c3.

How does month to month work.  Is it a calandar month or 30 days from when you activate it?

We offer both educational (https://www.jotform.com/education/pricing) and nonprofit (https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing) discounts.

You need to fill out the application on the appropriate page and if approved, you will receive an email from us and then the discount will be applied to your account.

I see this  questions was not addressed by the support representative above. Sorry about this.

The monthly subscriptions do get renewed on the same date you did the purchase, however, the monthly limits and features fora particular plan, get renewed on the first day of each month.
