    Hello,

I received an email from Paypal today. This happened a few months ago as well but you resolved it, looks like it is recurring again. Thanks!

    Hello shelby Mcdaniel ,

Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

    https://www.jotform.com/ipns/paypal.php

If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

    Thanks,

    PayPal

Make sure IPN is currently enabled in your PayPal account:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-for-Paypal

IPN (Instant Payment Notification) is a POST message sent by Paypal (for regular merchant accounts) whenever a transaction is completed on their side. This message contains all the data regarding the payment transaction completed by a form user. Go to our Incomplete Payments FAQ for more informatio

I did all of the above still getting IPN warnings, looks like all my messages are going through so not sure what the problem is, I was told to reach back out if I am still getting messages

    Thanks

    Hi,

In IPN settings in your PayPal account where you enabled your IPN, can you please change the Notification URL to https://ipn.jotform.com/ipns/paypal.php?

Let us know how it goes.
