Submissions: SSL error on file upload

    Hi,
    I'm seeing an image being blocked due to a possible security certificate. We have the standard ticked image showing on the thank you page and its previously been working but now shows a broken link.

    Can we do anything from this end?

    I have forwarded this to our back-end team to have it checked. We will let you know as soon as this has been fixed.

    We just received news from our back-end team. This is now fixed. You should be able to download the file uploads without the error. Let us know if you are still experiencing the problem.
