Why I can't open uploaded images from reports and submissions?Asked by cribbervr on September 16, 2016 at 11:07 AM
We started to receive submissions to record works for our Christmas exibition. Almost every submission can contain at least one image of the work presented.
We created Reports to list the record we receive.
At the beginning all went well, but since yesterday, both reports or submission pages presents broken links image instead of the picture thumbnail.
When we click on the image link in the submission page we obtain a page that states: "This connection is not safe - the manger of fies.jotform.com has configured the site in a wrong manner, etc....". (Sorry, the screenshots are in Italian).
In some cases we saw the message: "This is not a private connection ....." as you can see below., with the internet protocol string "https" banned by a red line.
all the pictures are correcting uploaded because they are present as attachment into mails and on my Dropbox.
How can we see the pictures uploaded? where is the problem? in the form or in a security setting of our computer.?

Apologies for the inconvenience. There was an earlier problem with the files saved in the https://files.jotform.com domain. But our back-end team has already fixed it a couple of minutes ago. Could you please try again and let us know if you are still having problems.

Only a little more question.
I don't know if it is related to the previous inconvenience: during my tests i created one more Excel report. I opened the report with Libreoffice Calc version 184.108.40.206 (my default application for spreadsheet). I saw that all the links of images in that report are textual and represented with full path, but not active.
Wouldn't it be better to have a clickable link there, too? is a LO problem? if you need, here is the link to the report: https://eu.jotform.com/excel/62594244154053
