    Error with bullets appearing and show/hide fields not working properly

    Please help! 

    Each line of my form now shows as a bulleted list. Also, the fields I have formatted to be hidden and only appear under certain conditions are automatically being shown (without those conditions being met).

    This is only happening on a Windows 7 PC running IE9 version 9.0.8112.16421

    Safari, Firefox, Chrome all seem to work fine on my Mac.

    Hi,

    Upon checking your form using IE9 version 9.0.8112, I don't find any error in your form. Please click here: Have you check already the firewall or deleted browsing cache and cookies of your IE9 browser? If not, please give a try. Let us know if the said issue still persist so we can further assist you and investigate.

    I have deleted the browsing cache and cookies but no change. What firewall settings do I need to check?

    I just made a change on the IE9 security panel and unchecked the "Enable Protect Mode" box and that fixed the problem. Is this a wise action or should I be changing some other setting in order to protect the computer better?

    I would suggest you to reset IE9 to  default settings, so it will get default protection

    Go to Tools - Options - Advanced Tab - click on the Reset button. Make sure your favorites are backed up because it will delete passwords , forms data , cookies and favorites
