Please check our pricing page here: https://www.jotform.com/pricing
Please note that JotForm is a form builder, which is the main product that we offer. It allows you to create online forms. Here's one example: https://form.jotform.com/62594872137970
Now there are monthly limits and fixed limits. Here are some explanation on them:
Submissions per month: This is the number of submissions you can receive monthly
Payment submissions per month: This is only applicable to online forms with payment integrations on them, if a submissions is completed successfully with a payment transaction then it is considered as a payment submission.
Available space/upload space: This is the fixed total upload space that you can store based on your submissions. This only applies to forms with file upload fields on them.
Monthly form views: Online forms are viewed on a web browser, it generates traffic, whenever a form is visited or loaded on a page, it is considered as viewed. Here's a guide to learn more about this: https://www.jotform.com/help/355-Form-View-Limits-What-is-it-all-about
Total submissions storage: This is the number of submissions that you can store on your account in total. This does NOT reset.
All monthly limits resets every 1st day of the month. If you exceeded any of the limits, here are the implications of it on your forms/account:
Exceeded/reached any of the monthly limits: All forms will temporarily be disabled
Exceeded available upload space: All forms will temporarily be disabled
Reached Total submission storage: Oldest submission data will be deleted automatically. Only the allowed limit you have sorted by the most recent submissions will be accessible. Example: For "Free" plan, you are only allowed to have 500 submissions in total, if you exceeded that, the oldest submission will be deleted giving you still access to the most recent 500 submissions on your list.
If you wish to have higher limits, you can always upgrade to a higher subscription plan. If you are not a heavy user, then you can stay on "Free" plan as you like, however, please note of the fixed limitations that your account may have.
I hope that helps.
