For the last 3 or 4 week it has been doing this. I went on the web site and it told me my submission storage was full. I went and deleted all old submissions, but it is still doing the same thing. Hope you can Help. Thanks, Mark Fuller

I opened your form (https://www.jotform.com/92953542308) and I did a test submission. The submission was successful, it even redirected me to the Thank You page.

I visited your webpage but I wasn't able to locate the JotForm form. If this is not the form you're referring to, then please provide the form URL or the URL of the webpage where the form is embedded. In this way, we can further troubleshoot the issue.

You may also want to try re-embedding the form using the Iframe method. This will prevent script conflicts between the form and webpage. Here's a guide: Getting-the-form-iFrame-code.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

I have re-saved your form and cleared your forms cache. Can you check again? If the issue persists, please share with us the URL of the page where the form is embedded so we can check the form there.

Are you referring to this form (https://www.jotform.com/form/92955412331) which is embedded on this webpage (http://www.claycreek.com/vetorderform.htm)?

I did a test submission on the form's direct URL and it was successful. However, I was able to replicate the issue when I filled up the form embedded on your webpage. Here's a screen capture:

I can see that you are using the source code when you embedded the form. Here's my suggestions:

    1. Please try to re-embed the form using "Source Code" option.

    2. If the didn't work, please re-embed the form using the normal embed. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/34-Adding-a-form-to-a-web-page.

    3. If it is still the same, please try the Iframe method. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.
