Can I add a hyperlink?

Where to you want to add hyperlink? Inside of your form? If so, you can use Text field and add you own custom text, mark the part of the text that you want to link, click on Insert/Edit link icon and enter URL of the page that you want to link. 

Or you can add your hyperlink directly inside of the Text field.

Example: "<a target="_blank" href="https://www.jotform.com/help/">JotForm User Guide</a>"
