Can other people have admin rights?

My boss is the account owner and she would like to know if jot form will allow us to set someone other than the account owner, to give access to users?

Right now, this is a bottle neck, because her login is the only one that can add users or change permissions.

Since all the forms would are likely to be stored in her account and the subscription applied to her account, it would require moving the forms to the new admin account, cancelling her subscription then upgrading the new admin account.  Forms would then need to be re-shared from the new account.

While possible, it is unfortunately not as simple as just transferring admin.
