The geolocation widget does not run on non-SSL (http) page so you will have to use HTTPS.
When you visit that page and click on the collapse where the geolocation widget is under, you will be asked to share your exact location. Once you click allow, the geolocation widget will be able to get your accurate location.
However, if you are going to decline or block the geolocation widget from reading your location, the widget will switch to its fallback function which would take your location base on your IP address. It is well known that using IP address to get your position does not provide an accurate result.
Hope this information helps!
