Converting the form to a PDF makes form unreadable

When I convert the form in to a PDF for users who may have to complete offline, the form does not load properly. The fields are not formatted and are not calculated as they would be in the online form. Is there a way to make it readable and calculate?

    Hi,

Our Create PDF Form tool works best for simpler form. Please understand that this is not a full scale application/tool for authoring pdf forms.

I test using it on your form https://form.jotform.com/62427053433147 and I also encounter multiple issue when converting the form to the PDF Form version.

I did noticed that your form is quite big and have complex style and design. Some specific and elements on the form will not be affected by the create PDF form tool. So this meant that some elements of your form will not be in the PDF form version.

You can read for more details on our user guide:

The most I can suggest for now is to create a simpler version of the form and test converting it again to PDF form using the tool.

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
