We have a form called Internship Application that has received numerous submissions recently - I have received an email for all of them, but those emails stopped recently and the last three weren't sent as emails. I'm looking to see if I accidentally changed a setting somewhere but I can't find a place to adjust the email preferences.

Your recipient email was in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
It has now been white-listed, so this should solve the problem. In addition to this, you may whitelist our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender. Here are our domain names:
