I am asking why this change was made (limiting to 5 forms on the free account).

    JotForm,

I am very disappointed to hear that you are now limiting the amount of forms that can be made on the free account. I have been a JotForm member for many years, and redirected all my clients to use JotForm for their websites.

I am asking why this change was made (unlimited to 5 forms on the free account).

I see you have been using our free service since 2009, we appreciate your preference.

Your existing forms will remain in your account, only if you need to create/clone new forms, you will need to upgrade.

We know change is never easy. However, we’re asking our users who get the most value from JotForm to help us so we can continue to make great products and, in return, help you reap the benefits that come from using great products.

Let us know if you have more questions, we will be glad to assist you.

I'm afraid our nfp charity will not be using jotform anymore - 19usd a month just is another cost we can't afford. Shame you don't create a charity account, our form so help spread the word of your product. Hello to google forms I guess.
