How to make round up and round down fractions work

On the home page of my website (www.ScholarsEditor.com) in the lower right corner is a price calculator. I want the calculated cost in U.S. dollars to round down to a whole dollar amount, and I want the estimated editing time in days to round up to the next whole number.

When I try to set this up in JotForm, it does not work. I suspect it's because I am not the numbers in the right place. The characters that appear after selecting round up or round down include parentheses. I have tried putting what I think are the right numbers inside the parentheses, but it doesn't work.

Can you tell me how I should arrange the numbers and characters to get this to work?

    Thanks in advance.
