Extract value from two dropbown boxes

hello my case is the following :

i have 2 managers and 3 products 

each manager has a fee % in each product

i would like the form to show the fee % of the product when the user selects product and manager

manager 1 fee %

product 1 = 5%

product 2 = 10%

product 3 = 15%

manager 2 fee %

product 1 = 7,5%

product 2 = 12,5%

product 3 = 17,5%

how can i do it ?

You can assign a Calculation value to each product of the 2 Dropdown list field.
