I created a form. Now how can I get it to all my coworkers allowing them to submit a completed form everyday?

What is the best way for many people to be able to use my form on a tablet or phone and then submit the completed forms back to the main office? can the forms be directed back to people other than me?

You can send the form via the email to your co-workers.

Or you can just share the link URL of your form to your co-workers.

You meant you want other recipient to receive the submission email of the form? If correct, yes you can do that.

You only need to indicate in the Notification of the form the Recipient E-mails you wanted the form to be sent.
