how can i change the highlight color of a box?

i have a form: volunteer information sheet.

i really like the white color on the blue, but when you click to type in information, the box gets highlights with a cream color and you can't see the white words.  i want to get rid of that cream highlighting effect, but can't figure out how.

You can disable your form's highlight effect by going to Preferences > Advanced > Show More > Highlight Effect > Set to Disabled

Once done, click the Save Changes button and you're done.
