Clicking the Submit button only shows "Please wait" and won't submit the form

Hi, I did a test of the form on my site but it doesn't complete the submission, it keeps saying please wait.

Do I need to buy the firs package to make that happen?

Hi Randi, I cloned your form to check if I could replicate the problem you're reporting but failed to do so. I was able to submit it just fine.

And to answer your question, no, you won't need to buy a package to make this work. We just need to know what's causing the problem. So in order to do that, we'd like to know if it's okay for us to do a few test submissions on your stand alone form and on your website
