I need to see the URL of the page where the user is entering comments, so I added the Get Referrer widget. I see the widget on my form, but no URLs are being included on email sent to me or in the results logged on your site. Is there another way that I can get the URL besides this widget?

The Get Referrer https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/get_referrer widget won't give you the page where the user is entering their responses, it will give you the referrer URL (the page where they came from before they ended up on your form).
What you need to use is the Get Form Page URL https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/get_form_page_url widget to get the URL of the page where the user is filling out the form.
Try it on this demo form https://form.jotform.com/62614174182958 (to properly emulate the Referrer URL, click this link right from this forum thread so it has an actual referrer)
but no URLs are being included on email sent to me or in the results logged on your site.
What you mentioned above is exactly what will happen if there's no referrer (e.g. if you accessed the form directly, reloaded the form or typed/pasted the url on the address bar) Basically,
no referrer = no result/URL
You'll see the difference between the Get Referrer and Get Form URL widgets on the Thank You page and on the Autoresponder (if you entered an actual email that you own on my test form).

Glad the other widget suits your requirements. Just open a new thread in case you have other questions.
