    Auto populate form answers into HTML section on form.

    Hello, I asked this question in the past and can not find the answers that i got, I'm trying to auto populate data entered in my form into the HTML section of the form for printing purposes. Things have changed a little since I had done it the first time, any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I checked your form and they seem to be setup correctly. When I fill out the form, the corresponding details in the HTML section are populated. However, I did notice that there are several fields that are not being populated correctly.

    To resolve this, we simply need to update the text with the names of their corresponding fields. Please follow this guide on How to find field IDs and names. Once you have identified the names and replaced them it should look like the screenshot below:
