Account reached limit with no submissions. How to clear?

    Hi,

     

    My account appears to have reached its limit again with no submissions. How can I prevent it from being automatically deactivated?

    Apologies for the inconvenience. It appears that you have exceeded the upload space for a free account, even though there isn't any submission found on your form. This might have simply been a glitch in the system. I have now fixed this issue for you. Your account should no longer be deactivated.
