I have set up two new subusers and both have not received emails. We have white listed:
Is there another IP address or email what we need to white list or is there another issue?
I checked the email addresses of the sub-users that you have setup and it appears that some of their addresses were added to the bounce list. This may be why your sub-users are not receiving the emails. I would like to inform you that I have now removed these addresses from the bounce list so they should receive the next email notifications successfully.
