    NECESITO CANCELAR MI CUENTA, YA HA TERMINADO EL EVENTO PARA EL QUE NECESITABA LOS FORMULARIOS.

    It looks like you have already cancelled your account subscription. Your account is set to downgrade back to Free on October 5, 2016. However, to make sure that no further charges are made, you will also have to cancel your jotform subscription on your paypal account.
