Hi Jotform, I have created several form for my customer www.a-flis.dk. And everything looks fine - but when I fullfill one form and send it, the customer receive a total different form - but with all informations. The result is, that they get a lot of wrong informations.
Can you help me with solving that ?

I'm sorry, but I'm not sure I understand, and I was not able to find the form in that link. Could you please provide the Form IDs that are affected so we can investigate this further?

I can fully understand that because this is pretty weird.
I have attached two pdf which show the problem.
The "https/eu.jotform.com/myforms.pdf" is the order the customer has fullfilled.
The "Order which is mailed.pdf" is what the company recieved.
I hope you can find a solution.

I was also not able to find a form in the URL you have given - www.a-flis.dk. I tried cloning and submitting your forms but they are just working fine. We will need more details from you then - please proceed on attaching your screenshots in this forum and give us the URL of the form you are having this problem with.
