File upload not working

    I cloned your form and I can see that the File Upload field is configured properly. I also opened your form and did a test submission. I was able to submit the form with the uploaded file.

    However, I've found out that one of the email recipient in your notification is in the bounce list. You will not be able to receive notifications if your email is in the bounce list.

    I have removed it from the bounce list now. You should also consider Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses by contacting your email provider and request them to add JotForm's IP addresses to their whitelist.
