How to reactivate account and forms?

    I had received a response last week that my acct was in the bounce list. So, I was able to reactivate it with the reset you all sent me. I was testing one of my forms and when I had submitted it there was a message that this form is no longer activated. 

    Please advise.

    Your account is currently suspended. It was suspended because your forms are asking for credit card information which is not allowed here in JotForm. Please check our terms of use.

    We can only re-activate your account if you allow us to delete the guilty fields. We'll wait for your response. Thank you.

    That's fine. I've set up a new paypal that I can use within one of your
    approved forms.
