Text Data Field surrounded by Text

I want to emulate a "release form" format. Ex. "I, [text data field], hereby consent that..."

Is it possible to add a text data field within a text/paragraph block? If not, are there alternatives to recreate the same appearance?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add text data fields within a text/paragraph block in JotForm. As an alternative solution, you can setup first the text data fields you need for your release form then display the text on your form and add a signature field for your form verification.
