Text Data Field surrounded by TextAsked by GSGATL on September 19, 2016 at 10:45 AM
I want to emulate a "release form" format. Ex. "I, [text data field], hereby consent that..."
Is it possible to add a text data field within a text/paragraph block? If not, are there alternatives to recreate the same appearance?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add text data fields within a text/paragraph block in JotForm. As an alternative solution, you can setup first the text data fields you need for your release form then display the text on your form and add a signature field for your form verification. You can check this sample release form template that we have: https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/model-release. Or, you can also try to add the text data fields and display the text data field value in your text/paragraph block. Here is a sample form you can check: https://form.jotform.com/62624880079968. You can clone the sample form I have created to have a closer look on the setup. To clone a form, just follow the instructions provided in this article: How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL.
