My account says I need to reactivate my subscription. So I followed the prompts and put in my card. It still says I need to reactivate.

I checked your account and it currently shows as Premium with an active subscription. If you have already updated your credit card information, our system will attempt to bill you again in a day or two. The charge should go through at that time.
