    Submit button always redirects to Paypal regardless of the payment option chosen

    We also have an issue with the payment options on our forms. We have three payment options, but the submit button takes everyone to PayPal regardless of the payment option chosen. Do we need to change the conditions? How?

    I checked the form you included on your post https://form.jotform.com/62440220208138 (2017 COACH REGISTRATION) and failed to see any payment processors added on that form.

    You mentioned you have 3 payment options on your form, are you perhaps referring to this:

    If so, then those are NOT payment processors. That's just a checkbox you added with 3 options. In order to create a form that allows multiple payment options, please refer to this guide on How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-form 

    By the way, I also cloned your form and did a test submission, it doesn't redirect to Paypal at all since it's not integrated with any payment processor yet to begin with. All I saw was the Thank You page after submitting the form:

    In case you're referring to the other form you have on your account named "2017 OFFICIALS & OTHER Non-Coach REGISTRATION" I also cloned and checked that form and confirmed the same. That form doesn't have any payment processors added, and it doesn't redirect to Paypal upon submission.

    Thanks, before we heard back from you, we removed the payment processor so that it would not go to PayPal. We have a separate “pay now” button on the website, but I will look into creating multiple payment options. Thank you for your help!
