Hello,
I sent in this question a bit ago, but I was curious why I am only receiving about 80% of my campaign responses and that some are being listed in the Google Document, but no responses are emailed? Can you help me out please as this is vital to my business success -

I see you have setup many conditions to send to different addresses depending on the selection.
Our mail logs shows good delivery of notifications, you can check it also: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
Have you checked the spam/junks folder ? I would suggest you to create a default email notification(no conditions applied to it) besides the ones you already have, in order to make sure each submissions is being emailed.
In addition to this, you may whitelist our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender. Here are our domain names:
- us-sub1.jotservers.com
- us-sub2.jotservers.com
- aws-sub1.jotservers.com
- aws-sub2.jotservers.com
- us-app2.jotservers.com
- jotservers.com
- jotmails.com
- jotform.com
- amazonses.com
- email.amazonses.com
- *.smtp-out.amazonses.com
- jotform.co
- secure.jotform.co

Hello,
I am having an issue with receiving emails from my Jotform, and I checked with my email server and it does not look like we are actually receiving the emails themselves. Can you send the response to this question to jrobin@learfield.com? Thank you!
