Our forms aren't showing in IE8

Asked by TMRegionals on April 20, 2012 at 10:08 AM

    Hey there,

We've created a form and embedded it into an article on our site. However, it doesn't appear when a user views the page on IE8 (our most used browser). It works fine on FF and Chrome.

    Can you help?

    Thanks,

    Heather

    Hello Heather,

I notice the use of jquery on your webapge, this may be causing a conflict with JotForm code that could explain this rendering issue on IE8.

To attempt to resolve this, is it possible to embed the form with an iFrame?

Obtaining your iFrame embed code is show in this article
