    Hi,

We have people saying they are not getting the autoresponder.

Can you please check this example to see if they are somehow blacklisted?

Yes, the email address was placed on our bounce list. The given recipient or their hosting rejected the email from Jotform, probably because of spam reasons. Well, this is not common for a free email address so I think there's nothing to worry about it. As you could see, they are using a custom email domain and they may have a strict anti-spam measure.

If you are frequently getting a submission from a custom email domain, you may consider putting a note in your form that would advise users to whitelist noreply@jotform.com as you have it as your sender email. You have the PDF Attachment enabled in the autoresponder email so this is important to make sure they'll receive the email.

You can also use your own sender email in the form. We recommend the SMTP method (https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form). But in order for this to work, you have to disable the PDF Attachment. You can add the PDF link in the email body instead.
