The problem now is, I have live forms that have been emailed out and my users are getting an “over quota” message on their end.
I need to have the “live” forms transferred so this stops, but I need to have the submission info and ID go along with the transfer. JOT Form can do it, but it needs to be through their end and I believe the request needs to be from the account holder.

These are the current 4 “live” forms. Again, please have it transferred so the ID does not change and the submission info stays with it.

Please log in to the account that has the forms and make the same request. We can only move forms at the request of the user that has the form and the forms you listed belong to another user. Have them request that we move those forms to your account and we will move them as soon as we can. Make sure to have them include your username as the account they would like the forms moved to.
