I have some of my forms integrated with Salesforce. Question I have is that the "Account" field is not an option in the integration. How do I get it to be?

I checked our Salesforce Integration and confirmed "Account" is listed as one of the options to choose from (along with Contact and Lead):
You should see this same option on your Salesforce Integration wizard. If not, try removing the integration and re-integrate your form with Salesforce.

contacts not accounts.

Sorry but that's how the Salesforce integration was setup in a general manner. I understand you have your preferred ways of defining/structuring things inside SF, but the dropdown list's sole purpose is to allow users to choose whether they're adding to Leads, Contacts or Accounts.
