When users fill out my forms they will receive and auto email thanking them and then I will receive a notification email advising me of their selections. The user is receiving their email but I am no longer receiving the notification email that they submitted the form. This stopped working a few weeks ago.
I have checked my junkmail and couldn't find anything in there...

I checked our email logs for the address in your form and indeed, it looks like the notifications were failing for a period of time. The most recent notification does look like it went through. If the emails continue to not go through on your end, let us know and we will be happy to have another look. New notifications do look to be sending.

If you're still experiencing issues with not receiving submissions to your email, kindly check your Junk/Spam folder and if some of your submissions ended there, please open them and click 'Not Spam', it should look like this(for example in Gmail):
This is highly important action to prevent such issues in future.
