Cannot receive image uploads with emails

    I am using the upload image widget. The email the form is sending included the image the first time. But after that the image is not appearing in the email or as attachment.

    I have just tested the 'Send Uploads as Attachment' option and it worked properly on my side.

    The Upload File field is limited to 1MB max file size by default, but can be increased up to 1GB. However, if you would like to receive the file as an email attachment, the limit is 15MB.

    To set the max file size limit to 15MB increase the value from 1024 to 15360.
