I was able to give clients a link and pw to either download or view reports for a specific form... that seems ok, although it would be nice to be able to "group" them... one log in for them and they can see grid OR download csv or excel.

I like the pdf option for client submission records... BUT... wasn't sure I understood options for downloading them or being able to view them easily... especially from the client side.

I am testing having them go into a drop box folder .. so if that is the only or best way for a client to easily get pdfs of the form submissions, just let me know.

But, wasn't sure about why the pdfs come through named either only numerical or with the words "not answered" in front of the file number.

Is there a way for the pdf file name to pull the last name field or some other field for identification without having to open the pdf?

And... is there a way to pull the previous form records retroactively into the drop box folder now?

    Thanks!

    Christine

    Thank you for contacting us.

It is possible to share the entire Submissions page for some specific form. Password protection is available. Your client will be able to see the grid, download csv/excel reports and get the PDFs.

Sharing via Dropbox is also not a bad choice.

Dropbox file name depends on your integration settings. You can change it to Full Name field, for example.

And... is there a way to pull the previous form records retroactively into the drop box folder now?

I am sorry, but this is not possible.
