Why are all my form changes gone?

I had been working on and adding several conditions to my form. I went to preview the form and everything looked great, all the conditions were there and working as expected. I logged out of my account for awhile and when I went back in all of the conditions I had previously added were no longer there.

I tried to look back at the revision history but can't make sense of it. I need the form stored back to where it was with all of the conditions, how can I do that?

In theory, it might be related to the auto-save option of the form builder which saved an old version of the form. When you edit the form, please make sure that you open the form in a single JotForm window only.

The only way to restore the form is to use the Revision History tool. There are some versions of your form with many updates on them. You can try to locate the wrong update time and restore to the version before that update.
