Does your service allow for me to do the following;
1) take a letter either in pdf or word format and include 5-20 unique signatures on it.
- We would send the letter to, 5-20 different people
- they would check a box to include their electronic signature
- their signatures would be generated and added to the bottom of the letter
thanks

Based on your requirement, I believe it is possible to achieve this on Jotform. However, you will need to create the letter as a web form so that you can add the e-signature fields that you will use to collect signatures online. Furthermore, each signature cannot be generated to the bottom of the letter/form that you created. You can only collect their signatures and view them as individual submissions.
Here's a guide on How to create your first web form. You may also check out this guide for more information about our form fields: Quick overview of form fields.
Once you've made the form, simply add the Smooth Signature widget so you can collect the e-signatures from your users. Here's a guide on How to Add a Widget to your Form? We have several more signature widgets that you can try out by following this link.
Now to send your form to the intended recipients, please follow this guide: How to send a form via email.
Here's a demo form so you can see it in action: https://form.jotform.com/62628508593970.
You can also clone it to your account to test it out further. Here's how: How to Clone an Existing Form from a URLIf you need further assistance, please let us know.

You start by saying…..
“Based on your requirement, I believe it is possible to achieve this on Jotform” ….but later you state…..” Furthermore, each signature cannot be generated to the bottom of the letter/form that you created. You can only collect their signatures and view them as individual submissions.”
In short can I see all the signatures on the bottom of the form??? Just being able to view one is not good enough.

Sorry for the confusion. As per further analyzing your requirement, to be able to collect all 5-20 signatures in one submission, you will need to give out the existing submission link so your user can edit/update the submission. You will also need to add a specific number of signature fields in your form. For example, User 1 submits the form, then for User 2 to input his/her signature you will need to give to User 2 the edit submission link of User 1's submission. For more information, you can check this article: How to Let Users Update Their Form at a Later Date. Then you can view the submission/data with the signatures in your form's submission page (How to view Submissions).
Here is a sample demo form: https://form.jotform.com/62628508593970 and here is a sample edit submission link: https://www.jotform.com/form.php?mode=edit&formID=62628508593970&sid=350195117071899519.
Do let us know if you need further assistance.
