I have upgraded my account but my account is not reflecting the change...
I need this to happen as soon as possible as I have an RSVP tied to my jotform this is time sensitive.

Upon checking your account, I see here that you're already activated to Professional account. To see the changes of your subscription, all you need to do is re-login to your JotForm account. Log out, delete browsing cache and cookies then log back in.
