    Unable to save form.

    Hi - I'm unable to save my form.  Trying anything not to lose my work.  I have searched and tried tips in forums.

    The link you shared is actually the page where you apply the themes. I believe you can only apply themes there not really edit. May I know if you are still having problems? I am checking your account and I see there are two forms, first form is "Whole Foods Market" and the other is "Whole Foods Market Questionnaire". The latest is the 2nd form. I'm also checking our record and I see you were able to create the form and the latest update was today.

    It is possible that you have been logged out or your session has expired while editing the form, to check, simply open a new tab and navigate to www.jotform.com, see if you are still logged in. The changes on the form also autosaves, so as long as you were able to view the changes on the preview of the form, then the changes were saved successfully in our servers. You can check your form's Revision History to revert back to an earlier state of your form.
