2. Any idea to send the answers in the respondent's mail ?

To send the form to the respondent's email, please follow the steps below:

1. Setup your quiz using the Quiz Form App.

2. Find the email field on your form and click the Send Results to Email button below the email field.

3. The id of that email field will be added to the checkbox, which in this case is {5}. Make sure that you have the "Email Results to" checkbox checked so that the result will be sent to the respondent.
