Form is missing

Hi,

I would like to double check if Jotform has any records of the form that I have created, it is originally based on this link https://form.jotform.me/60201527829453  but now it is missing.

Hi,

The form you are trying to find is in the account don.aaron@7eleven.com.my . The form is deactivated from that account. If you want to reactivate it , you can do it from that account.

Have a few question

Question 1 

The particular form should not have been shared with the don.aaron@7eleven.com.my account, appreciate if you can help me check the name of the form, it should be called "7-Eleven Application Form". And to avoid any misunderstanding, I have JUST re-created a form by the same name. 

Question 2

To be specific, the form that I lost are listed here below, I personally did not delete the form. I have some reason to believe it was accidentally deleted by another user however, I could neither see it in the 'thrash' folder nor is it in the 'purged' folder. Just want to double check if its deleted by a user, why can't I see them as either in thrash or 'purged' from the activity log?

Question 3

Is there a possibility of it being deleted by the system or simply just lost?

For your question 1, yes the name of form you are looking "7-Eleven Application Form".

question 2, the dorm you are looking for is not in your account, it is in the account don.aaron@7eleven.com.my so you cant see the log of this form. You need to login with this account to activate it again.

The form you are looking for is still in the account don.aaron@7eleven.com.my . This is deleted but not deleted at all. It is still in the Trash can. You can restore that form via that account.
