Need the server IP address which is used to send submission emails.Asked by DSDRemovals on September 20, 2016 at 06:03 AM
I have been backwards and forwards to my hosting coming, regarding Jotform emails being blocked, please can you send me the following:-
- The IP address of the server that's transmitting the mail that you're not receiving
- A copy of the bounce message (including headers) received by jotforms when they mail your firstname.lastname@example.org address
I did check our logs and it seem your email address email@example.com is no longer in our bounce list so could not check the bounce reason. It seems the most recent 3 submissions were sent successfully to your email address. Please check the logs below:

As per thread #935744, it seems you have now changed the "Sender Email" to firstname.lastname@example.org. You may like to take a look at the following guide for the list of IP address and domain names which needs to be whitelisted: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
